Getting started
What is BM-i Studio?
BM-i Studio brings content planning, AI-assisted image and video creation, editing, review, scheduling and publishing into one workspace.
Do I need to know anything about AI?
No. Describe what you want in plain language and use the tools to refine the result.
Can I make content beyond social posts?
Yes. You can create and edit images and videos for other projects too. Your Brand Kit guides content when you choose to make it for a brand.
Do I need a card to start?
No. You can create a Free account without entering payment details. You only add a payment method when choosing a paid plan.
Plans and credits
What is included in the Free plan?
You receive 150 credits when you sign up, plus a 5-credit sign-in bonus each day you sign in. Free lets you create, edit and download your own work without a watermark when it does not include paid elements.
What are credits used for?
AI-generated images, video and voice use credits. Planning, editing, approvals and scheduling do not. You see the credit charge before confirming a generation. Paid plans include a monthly credit allowance.
What happens if a generation fails?
If a generation fails, the credits are returned automatically.
What if I run out of credits?
You can add credits or move to a plan with a larger monthly allowance.
Do plan credits roll over?
Monthly plan credits are for that billing period. The app shows the balance and terms for any additional credits you purchase.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. You can change plans or cancel from your billing page. After cancellation, paid access continues through the period you have already paid for. Your workspace then moves to Free; content stays available unless you delete it, subject to the applicable plan limits and terms.
Brands and teams
How does Studio learn my brand?
Set up your Brand Kit with your colours, fonts, logo, tone and business details. You can also use your website as a starting point.
Can I keep client brands separate?
Yes. Each client workspace has its own Brand Kit, calendar, content and approvals. Starter includes 6 client workspaces, Pro 15 and Agency up to 25. If you need more than 25, talk to us about your team’s needs.
Can I invite my team?
Yes. Paid plans add team seats and roles so you can control who creates, reviews and publishes.
Can clients review without a paid seat?
Yes. Client reviewers can see work shared with them, leave comments and approve or request changes using a free guest role.
Publishing and support
Where can Studio publish?
Direct social publishing is coming soon. Planned channels include Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube. You can create, edit and download your content now.
Can I schedule posts?
You can plan content in the calendar now. Scheduling posts to social channels and direct publishing are coming soon for paid plans.
How do I get help?
Astrid is available inside the app. Paid plans include additional support options; contact support@bm-i-suite.com for help.
Your content and data
Can I use my creations commercially?
Yes. You can download, edit and use your creations commercially, subject to the applicable terms and rights for any material you provide.
Is my brand information used to train public AI models?
Your Brand Kit and content help Astrid work with your brand inside BM-i Studio. They are not used to train public AI models through the website.
Can Studio follow my brand’s look and voice?
Yes. Add your logo, colours, fonts and tone to your Brand Kit. Studio uses these details to guide your content, and you can review and refine every result before publishing.
Can I download my work?
Yes. You can download your creations from the app. Free accounts can download their own work without a watermark when it does not include paid elements. Content remains in your workspace unless you delete it, subject to your plan and the applicable terms.
